Balsamic Asparagus

Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 bunch (pound) fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
In a large pan, bring water to a boil. Add asparagus, and boil uncovered for 4-5 minutes or until tender. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Drain asparagus and drizzle with balsamic mixture.

Tailgate Chili

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

1 package McCormick® Original Chili Seasoning Mix

2 cans (15 ounces) kidney beans, undrained

2 cans (14 1/2 ounces) crushed tomatoes, undrained

Directions

1. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain fat.

2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped green onion
