Simple Italian Meatball recipe. I serve with vermicelli.
1 lb hamburger
2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic salt
pinch of parsley
freshly ground pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients with hands.
Form into golf ball sized meatballs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Add to tomato sauce and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite pasta.
I am a huge fan of baked meatballs, and the taste is almost impossible to tell them from fried. Very nice! 🙂
They come out softer baked. I like them better
