A great, easy winter recipe.
Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removed
Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 10 cloves
Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
Honey, 2 tbsp
Ginger, fresh chopped .25 tbsp
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Distilled white vinegar, 1/4 cup
In small bowl mix vinegar, soy sauce,honey set aside
In Large frying pan place oil and heat to medium high add chicken and cook(brown) turning after about 10 min.
Add garlic, ginger, red pepper and cook stirring 2-3 min
Add vinegar mixture cover and cook 15 min more.
Uncover and cook 1-2 min until sauce thickens a little
Serve over rice.
