Peach Cobbler


2 30oz. Cans of sliced peaches
1 Pillsbury crust
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. Cinnamon
1/2 stick butter
1/4cup flour


Put all ingredients into sauce pan except the crust. Simmer on med heat for 20 minutes.
Pour filling into 8″ x 8″ pie pan (no dough on the bottom)
Cover filling with dough in a cross cross design
Bake cobbler at 350 degrees until crust is lightly brown
Let cool, and serve warm with vanilla ice cream
